Anti-reflexivity

The authors argue that scholars of reflexive modernization should pay more attention to anti-reflexivity forces, including agenda control, institutional capture, legitimacy attacks, and policy paralysis, as understanding these is important for societal resilience and adaptation to global environmental problems like climate change.
