Analysis of influencing factors of knowledge dissemination and sharing based on the SEIRR model

This study developed a knowledge dissemination model, SEIRR, to analyze the impact of environmental knowledge acquisition, learning willingness, learning ability, and knowledge forgetting speed on knowledge sharing. Simulation results showed that improving these factors enhances knowledge dissemination and sharing. Strategies such as open libraries, cultivating learning willingness and ability, and encouraging knowledge application are recommended to promote knowledge sharing.
