Literacy Concepts as an Intervention Strategy for Improving Fake News Knowledge, Detection Skills, and Curtailing the Tendency to Share Fake News in Nigeria

An interesting study done on university students in Nigeria, where a treatment and control group are examined in how they dealt with fake news especially those spread via social media. the study found that the group who were provided with strategies to check information where more likely to share accurate information.
