This study explores how agricultural extension experts in Ethiopia use and perceive Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) in extension organizations, focusing on Agricultural Knowledge Centers (AKCs). It finds that while experts generally view ICTs positively for personal benefits, they use them minimally for agricultural information due to their reliance on printed resources. The study highlights the importance of considering users’ perceptions, needs, and organizational support when implementing ICTs in agricultural extension, contributing to theoretical discussions on technology adoption.
