Late-night snacking can lead to weight gain, but it’s
not because of the time on the clock. For most
people, after-dinner snacking can lead to eating
more calories than your body needs in a day,
especially if you are having high-calorie snacks. If
you usually get hungry for an evening snack, eat a
late dinner or small healthy snacks.
